To apply to this scholarship, you will need:
- A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 for graduating high school seniors, 2.75 for college applicants
- To qualify, students must be enrolled full-time as high school seniors and plan to graduate in the Spring or Summer. They should also plan to start college by the following Fall.
- Alternatively, students can be full-time college freshmen or sophomores, aged 20 or younger as of August 1 of the applying year, and should be making normal progress toward a bachelor's degree.
- Resident in Maryland, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas
